Eva measures the work your agents do in credits. The Usage screen tells you how many you have used, how they were spread over time, and which agent consumed the most. It is in Settings, on the Usage tab.

What you will get

You will be able to answer, with numbers, how much each agent is working and where your account’s credits are going.

Requirements

  • The Advanced Settings module turned on. The Usage tab appears only for whoever has it.
  • At least one agent that has already held a conversation, so there is something to show.

What counts as a credit

A credit is not a customer message and not a conversation. It is charged for the work the AI does.
WhatsApp campaigns count only the sends that actually went out, and round up: 25 successful sends consume 3 credits. Failed recipients are never charged.

What the screen shows

At the top there are four cards summarizing the chosen period:
  • Total credits — the period total. With an active subscription it also indicates how much of the credit allowance included in your plan you have used, and the dates of that billing period. If you bought credits, it also shows Purchased credits available: what you have left of them. Plan credits renew each month and do not carry over; purchased credits never expire and are used after your plan credits.
  • Active agents — how many of your agents had any consumption.
  • Daily average — credits per day in that range.
  • Top agent — the agent that consumed the most.
Period and agent selectors above the Total credits, Active agents, Daily average, and Top agent cards.

The period and agent filters sit above the four summary cards.

View breakdown opens the detail by type of consumption: Campaigns on one side and Other for everything else, agent replies included. Further down, Usage over time charts consumption day by day. Credits by Agent breaks it into a table with the % of Total.

Usage over time charts credit consumption day by day.

Change the period or filter by agent

1

Choose the period

In the period selector, choose Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Custom range. When you pick your own range, the header shows the exact dates of the period.
2

Filter by agent

Under All AI agents, check the agents you want to compare and select Apply.
3

Take the numbers with you

Under Credits by Agent, select Export CSV if you want to work with them elsewhere.
Credits by Agent table with one row per agent, its credits, its share of the total, and Export CSV.

Credits by Agent, with each agent's share of the total and the CSV export.

If one agent sits far above the rest in Credits by Agent, review its conversation volume and its automatic follow-ups. The explanation is usually there.

How to know it worked

When you change the period, the four cards and the chart refresh with the new range. If the period has any consumption, Credits by Agent shows at least one row.

If something goes wrong

That tab appears for whoever has the Advanced Settings module. The Sales Rep role does not have it turned on by default.
The chosen range has no consumption. Widen the period to Last 30 days or remove the agent filter.
WhatsApp campaigns are charged 1 credit per 10 successful sends, not one per recipient. Failed sends are not charged.
The table groups them under Other / no agent. These are consumptions that were not attributed to a particular agent.
