When you enter Eva, everything is controlled from the sidebar on the left. Here’s what each section holds, so you can get where you’re going fast.

Dashboard

A summary of your activity: conversations, sales, and how your team is doing.

Inbox

All your WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and widget conversations, in one place.

Contacts

Each customer’s information: name, channel, company, and history.

Pipelines

Your sales opportunities organized by stage.

Campaigns

Message sends to groups of customers.

AI Agents

Where you create and configure your agents.
At the very bottom you’ll find Settings, for your account, your team, your integrations, and your billing.
When you sign in, Eva takes you straight to your Inbox so you can start helping customers right away. You can move to any other section from the sidebar whenever you like.

The Dashboard

Open Dashboard to see the state of your business at a glance: channel activity, response time, your sales funnel, and more. With the Customize button you choose which cards to show and in what order.
