Create Your First Agent

An agent is your AI assistant: the virtual person who talks with your customers. Creating it takes a moment; then you set it up your way.

Create the agent

Go to AI Agents

In the sidebar, click AI Agents.

Create it

Click Create AI agent. Eva creates your agent and takes you straight to its setup.

Once created, you land in your agent’s configuration tabs. These are the ones that matter to get going:

Define how it greets people, what tone it uses, and what it should and shouldn’t do.

Give it your business information so it answers accurately.

Connect your products so it can recommend them to your customers.

Connect it to WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, or your website.

You don’t have to make it perfect all at once. Start with the basics, test it, and adjust once you see how it replies.

When your agent is ready, connect it to a channel so it starts helping real customers.
