The general details of your workspace are three: your company name, your currency, and your time zone. They are adjusted in Settings, on the General tab. The button that deletes your test conversations is on that same screen.

What you will get

Your opportunities are born in the right currency, your calendars work in your real hours, and your account is clean of test records.

Requirements

  • The Owner or Admin role.
  • The Advanced Settings module turned on.

Change your company name

Next to Company name, select Edit, type the name, and select Save. If you change your mind before saving, Cancel brings back the previous name.
Company name, timezone, and default currency, each with its own control to edit it.

The three business details live on the same card of the General tab.

Choose the default currency

Next to Default currency, select Edit and choose between US Dollar, Euro, British Pound, and Mexican Peso. Select Save. That currency is the one Eva uses when a new opportunity is created and nobody chose another one. It does not convert what is already recorded: existing opportunities keep the currency they were created with.

Adjust the time zone

The Timezone field offers a short list of common zones, written like Mexico City (CST) or Eastern Time (ET). Choose yours and the change saves on its own, and Eva confirms on screen. Until somebody picks one, the field shows Mexico City (CST), and that is the zone your calendars work in. It is a default, not a detection of where you are: if your business runs on another schedule, choose it here even though the screen already says something. Every calendar uses this time zone, unless that calendar has one of its own configured.
When the time zone matches your browser’s, the line Automatically detected from your browser appears below the field. If you changed it by hand and want to go back, use Use browser timezone.

Delete your test conversations

While you were setting up your agent you probably chatted with it to see how it answers. Those test conversations can be deleted in one go, together with the contacts and opportunities that came out of them.
1

Review what will be deleted

In General, scroll down to Test data. Eva shows the count of test conversations, messages, contacts, and opportunities. What it does is take them out of your workspace: they stop appearing in the Inbox, in Contacts, and in your pipelines. It is not a permanent database deletion, and the messages of those conversations are kept.
Test data block with the count of test conversations, messages, contacts, and opportunities.

The count appears above the button and says how many test conversations, contacts, and opportunities will be hidden.

2

Start the deletion

Select Delete test data.
3

Confirm

Eva asks Delete all test conversations and related test records? This cannot be undone. Accept to continue.
This deletion cannot be undone and there is no trash bin. Before accepting, review the count: if it shows more contacts or opportunities than you expected, cancel and check them first.
The button stays disabled when there is no test data to delete. Only the Owner and the Admin users can run this action.

How to know it worked

The name and the currency stay visible on the same screen after saving, and Eva shows a confirmation notice. After deleting the test data, Eva confirms with Test data deleted. and the count returns to zero.

If something goes wrong

That tab appears for whoever has the Advanced Settings module. The Sales Rep role does not have it turned on by default.
The default currency applies to new opportunities. Existing ones keep the currency they were created with, and are changed one by one.
It means Eva found no test conversations, contacts, or opportunities in your account. There is nothing to delete.
Check Business timezone on this screen and then the one on the calendar in question. A calendar with its own time zone overrides the business one.
