The questions we hear most. Can’t find yours? Get in touch.
No. Eva is built for business owners, not programmers. You connect your channels, give your agent information, and it handles the conversations. This help center walks you through every step.
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, and a chat widget for your website. All conversations land in the same Inbox.
Yes. Eva works for any industry —a boutique, a distributor, a clinic, a real-estate agency— and talks in your customers’ language. You decide how it works using your business’s information.
Of course. In any conversation you can take control and reply yourself, then hand it back to your agent. We explain how in Take over a conversation.
WhatsApp only lets you reply freely for 24 hours after the customer’s last message. After that, to reopen the conversation you need to send a template (a message WhatsApp has approved). Once the customer replies, you again have 24 hours to write freely.
A template is a pre-written message that WhatsApp reviews and approves so you can start or reopen conversations outside the 24-hour window. Approval usually takes a few minutes. It’s a WhatsApp rule, not an Eva one.
Yes. You can expand your account with additional agents and channels as add-ons. You manage them in Settings → Subscription; on some accounts, with help from your Eva advisor.

Only workspace administrators. If you don’t see the button to connect or reconnect, ask an administrator to do it.
In Settings → Subscription you see your plan and manage your payment method through Stripe’s secure portal. Details are in Plans and payments.
Yes, and we recommend it. Next to your agent’s configuration there’s a preview to simulate conversations. Learn how in Test your agent.
