# Connect Messenger

> Link Messenger to manage Facebook conversations in Eva AI.

Connect Facebook Messenger so your agent replies to the messages that arrive on your Facebook page.

<Note>
  You need to be an admin of the Facebook page you want to connect. You can connect more than one page.
</Note>

## Connect your page

  <Step title="Open your agent's channels">
    In the sidebar go to **AI Agents**, open your agent, and click the **Channels** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start the connection">

  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose your pages">
    If you manage several pages, pick the ones you want to connect and confirm. The window closes and your pages appear in the list.
  </Step>
</Steps>

## Confirm it works

When the page shows the **Working** status, it's ready. To test it, message your page from another Facebook account and watch your agent reply.

<Tip>
  Only a workspace administrator can connect channels. If you don't see the button, ask an administrator to do it.
</Tip>

## Good to know

* **The 24-hour window.** Messenger only lets you reply within 24 hours of the customer's last message.
* If another app replies instead of Eva, it's a Meta setting. We fix it in [Common issues](/en/help/common-issues).
